The Treasury Department is responsible for the financial management and administration of Gwanda Municipality. The department oversees revenue collection, budgeting, financial reporting, expenditure control, payroll administration, and management of municipal financial resources.
The department works to ensure that municipal funds are managed efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with applicable financial regulations and local government policies.Through effective financial planning and accountability systems, the department supports sustainable service delivery and community development.
